Sarah Orange CertRP has a strong educational background in Psychology and Law. This coupled with extensive business experience in Northern Ireland and Great Britain provides a powerful combination.

Sarah is accredited as an Internationally Certified User of Thomas International's Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) and its related instruments.

Sarah has been working in business to business sales and recruitment since gaining her Masters in Psychology in 2006. She feels that it is her interest and understanding of people which helps her to recruit effectively and uses her training to match candidates with clients. Sarah places great emphasis on emotional intelligence and cultural fit which she feels are vital to successful appointments.

Fionntán Gamble

Fionntán Gamble is a Recruitment Consultant specialising in Legal recruitment for HNH Human Capital.

Fionntán is a qualified solicitor with almost 4 years’ experience in practice. After graduating from QUB with a 2.1 LLB he went on to complete his professional legal studies at the IPLS in 2011. Following qualification, Fionntán primarily practiced in the fields of criminal, family and employment law for 2 very reputable law firms in Belfast. In 2015, he began his career in recruitment for a small agency where he successfully developed and rapidly grew the legal department. In the later part of 2015, Fionntán took up employment with another recruitment agency, again specialising in legal recruitment. During this time, he worked in partnership with Global &Top Tier Law firms, SME’s and Top 100 companies in recruiting senior solicitors, partners, in house counsel, legal professionals and specialist legal/IT managers in NI and ROI.
