In the changing economic environment, Northern Ireland is continuing to experience growth in job creation and availability of new funds for companies looking to invest in their most important asset; their people. There has been an increasing demand for human capital services in recent years, with the industry estimated to be worth almost £2 billion globally. Businesses are recognising the value of their workforce and increasingly investing in this area.

For the past 2 years, HNH Human Capital, with offices in Belfast, has been working in partnership with its clients to help companies reach their growth potential and to continuously improve their performance across a broad range of human capital related areas.

More than a traditional recruitment agency, HNH Human Capital uniquely provides a range of value added services for candidates and clients alike, as well as providing businesses with a broad range of services to improve workplace effectiveness, talent and reward.

The company works to help clients make the most of their investment in people through growth strategy planning, skills identification, senior level professional recruitment, remuneration advice, succession planning, identifying training needs and talent maximisation. Its experience across the corporate environment means the company has a strong understanding of how its client businesses work, make money, and compete.

As part of this growth, HNH Human Capital has bolstered its team of specialist recruitment executives over the last year with career development and investment in its own employees given a high priority. Laura Haggan, a highly experienced recruiter with broad expertise across the accountancy and financial services divisions throughout the UK and Ireland, was promoted within HNH Human Capital to Associate Director in March.   Kirsti Doherty, with responsibility for identifying talent primarily in the accountancy and finance sectors, was also recently promoted to Recruitment Executive.

Most recently, HNH Human Capital further strengthened its team with the appointment of Fionntán Gamble LLB as a Specialist Legal Recruitment Consultant.

The company has also welcomed on board an associate experienced Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Accredited Master Executive Coach, Patricia Abbott, to deliver professional executive coaching services for businesses and leaders.
