Sarah has been working in business to business sales and recruitment since gaining her Masters in Psychology in 2006. She feels that it is her interest and understanding of people which helps her to recruit effectively and uses her training to match candidates with clients. Sarah places great emphasis on emotional intelligence and cultural fit which she feels are vital to successful appointments.
Patricia is a Senior Business Psychologist, Accredited Master Executive Coach and founder of a Leadership Development & OD Consultancy. She is a registered member of the International Society of Coaching Psychologists and a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with the British Psychological Society.
Patricia is also an accredited member of the Association for Coaching (AC) in Ireland and has held a leadership position with the AC for a number of years on a voluntary basis to support the advancement of Professional Coaching Standards and Ethics across Ireland and the UK.
Patricia has over 20 years experience in consulting and coaching in a range of organisations. She has worked within the private and public sector and on both a national and international level. Her consulting services extend beyond coaching to include talent management, leadership development, executive selection, assessment and employee engagement.
