Your new company and role

HNH Human Capital are working with a global Law firm based in Belfast to recruit an Executive PA for a PMU Administrator position within the company. The PMU team provides comprehensive advice and support directly to the partners, with the ultimate aim of streamlining and enhancing the experience partners have in relation to their own HR matters.

Role Purpose

A role with split responsibilities: to both provide support to the Global Head of Resourcing in arranging and managing the logistics around the lateral partner hire processes and also to provide the PMU team with effective, high quality PA and administrative support to ensure that the team can deliver a full HR and legal service to all partners globally on matters relating to HR-related policy and procedures as they apply to partners individually.

What you can offer as an Administrator?

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated an ability to provide support at Partner or equivalent level.

  • Experience in HR or an interest in HR, would be preferable;
  • Proven experience to provide an exemplary administrative service– highly professional;
  • Proven discretion and ability to deal with highly sensitive issues applying tact and diplomacy;
  • Strong professional communication skills, both oral and written;
  • Strong IT technical skills – intranet design experience would be useful;
  • A self-starter, proactive and a quick learner with an enthusiastic approach to change;
  • Proven ability to multi-task;
  • Attention to detail essential and a proven ability to proof read documents to ensure they are delivered to the appropriate high standard;
  • Ability to forward plan in terms of the information required for key annual processes;
  • Flexibility around hours during peak times in order to meet the full requirements of the role;
  • Team player.


How you will be rewarded?
