Your job As Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multisite catering contract services, ensuring their effective implementation on a day to day basis. Your role will be accountable to the Director and the Regional operations manager will have a number of direct reports including area managers and team leaders spanning approximately 15 sites. All about you To be a successful operations manager within this wider group you will need to present with excellent catering experience from a multi-site environment. Your people management and communication skills need to be first class, as does your ability to focus on both the big picture and the finer details. You must have a broad exposure to multi site contracts ranging from single person sites across residential, education and retail to large multi person combined contracts such as Airport bar and catering. You will need at least: 3 years’ experience in an operations management role within a multi-site catering environment Proven ability to manage and motivate multi-site teams Experience of delivering SLA’s to customer satisfaction every time Demonstrated cost Management and KPI achievement in waste and labour targets Manage shift managers, organising staff and identifying areas of improvement / training Ensuring quality is to the agreed standards and complaints targets are met Your reward There is a very lucrative package on offer for the successful Regional operations manager with this company. Your New Role
The Corporate Solicitor will have the opportunity to assist Team Leaders in quality checking and supervising the work of solicitors and legal analysts to ensure high quality standards are maintained. You will be conducting fee earning projects and carry out “first-level review” on projects where necessary. It is expected that you will be able to offer some level of expertise in a corporate area in this role and your skills and experience will be up to date and relevant at all times. Your strong drafting and written advocacy skills will be utilised in drafting client correspondences and your ability to communicate technical information verbally will be relevant in communicating legal and financial information regarding project costs.
You will be given responsibility for issues that have been escalated from fee earners and solicitors and will utilize available resources effectively to ensure compliance with agreed deadlines and project timescales. Your project management skills will be enhanced by having responsibility for line management of fee earners within your team and you will liaise directly with team leaders both within the Belfast office and the wider group practice.
Your Experience, Your Knowledge, Your Skills
Senior solicitors who have been successful in this role have evidenced the following in their CV’s:
- Minimum Law degree of 2:1 or above or Legal Post graduate qualification together with professional legal qualification
- Between 3 – 7 years’ PQE either as a solicitor or Barrister in corporate transactions role
- Corporate experience is a necessity. Any specialist experience in corporate areas will be advantageous
- Applications are welcome from corporate solicitors/lawyers qualified in other jurisdictions and able to practice within ROI/Scotland/England and Wales or NI
