Job: Credit Controller – Tyrone

Salary: GBP30,000 - 35,000

HNH Human Capital are working in conjunction with a thriving business in the Omagh area on their recruitment of a Credit Controller to be based at their offices. This is an excellent, varied role that is integral to the continued growth and success of the firm. Ideally we will be looking for an experienced professional who has a proven track record of delivery and customer service, ideally with 3-5 years’ experience in a commercial setting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales ledger management: preparation, reconciliation and report to Financial Controller
  • Management Reporting: Weekly Aged Debt Analysis on Value and Percentage Overdue
  • Monthly Accrual Reporting for Group Financial Controller
  • Monthly Reporting to Board of Directors on debt “state of play”
  • Daily Review and Management of Credit Insurance and status of accounts (blocking and unblocking)
  • Bad Debt Reporting to Credit Insurance Provider
  • Identification of operational, process and system improvement
  • Monthly & weekly target setting based on aged debt reports
  • Preparation of reports for debt being referred to 3rd party collection agencies
  • Maintain a strong level of communication and rapport with key clients
