E Billing Assistant

Your new role

HNH Human Capital is seeking to recruit an E Billing assistant to work for a leading Professional Services organisation based in Belfast.

The remit of the EBilling assistant is to provide support to the organisations electronic invoicing systems and processes and ensuring the efficient delivery of information and invoices to clients.

**Applicants should be aware of the need for some flexibility at times during those business hours of 0800 -1030pm Monday –Friday **


  • Assisting the E-Billing team & supervisor with the process of transferring clients, both new and existing, into the electronic invoice process and system
  • Circulating and distributing new client requests
  • Ensuring daily management of new invoice matters
  • Efficient maintenance of client invoicing
  • Liaising with internal collection team
  • Monthly reporting data updates as and when required

All about you:

  • Knowledge of an electronic invoice management system is an advantage
  • Excellent understanding of financial information systems
  • The ability to develop relationships with both internal and external clients
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Self-motivated
