HNH Human Capital are looking to speak with highly qualified Real Estate Partner (circa 8-10 years PQE or above) who is seeking a change from practice into a managerial and client facing role for a globally integrated law firm. Due to global expansion and roll out of their integrated legal services offering, there is a position available as a Head of Real Estate or Real estate Partner within the Real Estate practice area. The Head of Real Estate is responsible for the management of the Real Estate Team which consist of Senior Solicitors, Solicitors and Legal Analysts. The Real estate manager will assist the Directors to pitch for business internally and externally and will collaborate with global partners to ensure process delivery and service optimisation. In addition, the Real Estate Manager will provide client facing leadership and strategic legal services which deliver measurable results, the overarching aim being to increase global revenue.
What you will offer
You will have a minimum of 8-10 years PQE in Corporate or Real Estate Practice Areas, having gained experience in drafting and dealing with multijurisdictional transactions including England and Wales. Project, budgetary and resource management skills are essential, as is the ability to ensure workflows and deadlines are kept on time.
You will become part of a global team who provide excellence in service across various practice and transactional areas. You will engage with Senior stakeholders on challenging projects and work in a truly collaborative and client facing environment. As such you will be rewarded with an excellent package of circa £65,000 – £75,000 plus bonus and excellent additional company benefits.
