HNH Human Capital are recruiting a competent secretary, legal secretary, office manager or senior office administrator for a growing national company based in Belfast. You should have at least 2 years’ experience in a relevant office setting and ideally some legal office experience including legal secretarial work.
Your new role
The office manager, legal secretary or office administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a small office. Typical secretarial duties will include but not be limited to:

Ideally candidates will come from a legal secretarial or office management background with experience in the above areas and experience managing the day-to-day activities of a busy legal office. To integrate into the team well, you will present as a professional and courteous person with good communication skills, a sense of humour and a can-do attitude. You must be able to maintain confidential information and have a good degree of IT literacy with specific knowledge in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
You will be centrally located in Belfast working in a close knit team environment where colleagues support and encourage one another. As part of a wider national firm, you will liaise with colleagues across Ireland and the UK and will be given a lot of responsibilities and autonomy in carrying out your daily job. Salary is dependent on experience but available up to £24,000 for the right candidate potentially. Office hours are 9:00am-5:30pm and you will receive 30 annual leave days (Including stat days).
