Sarah Orange

Managing Partner

Sarah Orange is the Managing Partner of Artemis Human Capital and specialises in Executive level recruitment.

Sarah Orange CertRP has a strong educational background in Psychology and Law. This coupled with extensive business experience in Northern Ireland and Great Britain provides a powerful combination.

Sarah is accredited as an Internationally Certified User of Thomas International’s Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) and its related instruments.

Sarah has been working in business to business sales and recruitment since gaining her Masters in Psychology in 2006. She feels that it is her interest and understanding of people which helps her to recruit effectively and uses her training to match candidates with clients. Sarah places great emphasis on emotional intelligence and cultural fit which she feels are vital to successful appointments.

Kirsti Doherty

Office Manager

Kirsti, is the longest standing member of the team at Artemis Human Capital and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the business.

Kirsti is highly organised and extremely efficient, possessing a great eye for detail and offers vital support to the whole team. Kirsti comes from a diverse background, having gained a wealth of knowledge within both accounts and human resources (in which she holds a CIPD qualification).

Kirsti’s role at Artemis Human Capital is extremely fluid, and continues to evolve as the business progresses and enters new geographies.

Eoin Fleming

Senior Recruitment Consultant

Eoin is Senior Consultant within the Accountancy & Finance Dept of Artemis Human Capital.

After graduating with a BSc (honours) from Queens University Belfast, Eoin initially forged a career in publishing and advertising with one of the largest newspaper groups in the UK. During this period, Eoin was responsible for the development and cultivation of relationships with numerous global brands across the Group.

In the intervening years prior to joining Artemis Human Capital, Eoin forged long-lasting relationships with the major practice firms and industry leaders in the market, becoming one of the few genuine experts in the local finance and accountancy recruitment market with a proven track record of successful, ethical delivery of recruitment solutions to his extensive client base.

Sinead Walsh

Senior Recruitment Consultant

Sinead is a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Artemis Human Capital, recruiting accountancy professionals on behalf of clients within the Industry, Public Practice & Taxation sector in the following niche areas:

Qualified Accountants I Part-Qualified/Transaction Finance Professionals | Audit | Assurance | Advisory | Corporate Finance | Forensics | Taxation

Sinead has a BSc in Human Resources Management and over 12 years’ experience of recruiting qualified accountancy professionals in both Dublin and Belfast. In addition, she has completed a Certificate in Career Coaching.

Rachel Coleman

Senior Recruitment Consultant

Rachel recruits within Business Services sector – working with a wide range of clients and candidates from a vast range of backgrounds such as Human Resources, Operations, Marketing or Business Development.

Rachel joined Artemis Human Capital boasting a diverse professional background. Originally working within B2B sales and progressing through to management, Rachel also offers expertise within the legal sector.

Rachel believes in developing and nurturing strong relationships with both clients and candidates – and takes a proactive approach to ensure business development.

Rebecca Conwell

Legal Recruitment Consultant

Rebecca graduated from Queen’s University Belfast with a 2:1 in her Law Degree, before going on to attend the Institute of Professional Legal Studies and Qualifying as a Solicitor herself in September 2018. Rebecca then made the jump into Recruitment, working with the local recruitment market, again specialising in all areas of Legal Recruitment.

Rebecca’s expertise lies in Recruiting for Qualified Solicitor roles but she is also experienced in handling Legal Support roles. Rebecca has worked closely with both leading global and smaller local Law Firms, helping them to attract the top legal talent in Northern Ireland.

Jordan Spry

Communications Coordinator

Having joined the business in a newly created role, Jordan’s work heavily centers around strategic marketing and increasing brand awareness.

Having previously completed an arts degree in London, Jordan returned to Belfast in 2018 – gaining his Masters in Communications and Public Relations. Jordan has previously worked within the fashion industry and also offers corporate communications experience within professional services. Jordan believes that his creative background offers a contemporary approach to corporate communications.
